Please allow time to set up and clean up during your reserved time slot. Any equipment, supplies or decor purchased or rented through the Village Gathering Point will be set up for you before your rental begins.
Monday - Friday Daytime
$100 for the first 4 hours plus $20 per hour for each additional hour
Saturday & Sunday Hourly Rate
$150 for 3 hours plus $50 per hour for each additional hour
Friday Evening & Saturday Full Day

Payments
Credit card payments can be made online through our Square payment platform. We also accept cash or check payments.
For reservations with a total rental fee less than $250 we ask that the fee be paid in full to reserve your date unless specified otherwise.
For reservations with a total rental fee greater than $250 a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 10 days before your event.
